Define, guide and deliver digital transformation in the customer realm leveraging e-commerce platforms, digital marketing Social, Cloud, IoT, Robotics and AI technologies
Plan the implementation of the IS strategy, the strategic initiatives and must-win battles that will drive IS operations
Develop digital sales & marketing solutions and strategy especially world-class e-commerce and co-creation platforms, consolidating the existing and new technology
Coordinate the pilot & execution of defined projects portfolio, leveraging internal resources and managing executive-level business stakeholders
Own the overall Build2Run transfer process and the solution life cycle management
Manage technologic watch and the overall Center of Excellence performance
Promote IS Value to Key Business Stakeholders through appropriate communication actions
Manage People development plan and Performs the individual Performance appraisals
Work with Business Units to identify and address pain points, new opportunities for digitalization, and enhancing customer experience
Create synergies with IS adjacent teams (smart-data, innovation, d-lab)
We Value:
A Degree in Business and/or Computer Science
Experience in implementing of underlying IT architectures, implementation and sales transformation (e.g. e-commerce, CRM, Digital Marketing)
At least 5 years’ experience in managing teams (including remote team) in providing infrastructure and support services, and application development in an international environment
Active successful experience in current applicable tools and knowledge of innovative applicable tools and technology trends to leverage
Leading through vision & values, building a successful team
Building partnerships and strong long-lasting partnerships
Strategic decision making, change management, project planning and management
Advanced level of English, other languages can be an advantage
