You are the business partner to the project managers in Switzerland and for selected Project Execution Hubs overseas
You ensure accurate project cost controlling on local and consolidated level
Analyzing deviations of actuals to budget and forecast, identifying and following up on corrective measures is your strength
Update changes in appropriate systems in timely manner to ensure that comments and forecasts are recorded in Bühler Project Management Cockpit in alignment with SAP project financials
You maintain rolling turnover forecast of projects within area of responsibility
You enjoy coaching controllers in overseas’ locations, and you align with business unit and corporate controllers to ensure reconciliation between project financial data and income statements
With your experience, you are able to contribute to continuous improvement process in department as well as to initiatives within global project controlling community
It is obvious for you to ensure that group guidelines and work instructions related to your area of responsibility are adhered to
You are able to process and explain complex financial information in an easy to comprehend manner
Required qualifications
University degree in accounting & controlling or similar education
Appropriate trainings in project management and project controlling
Minimum 7 years in project controlling and experience in managing large scale business volume (>= 8 digits)
Fluent in German and English
Advanced SAP skills (FI, CO, MM, SD, PS) and knowledge of SAP Business Warehouse
Very good MS Office skills, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
Experience in understanding content of work supply contracts
Comfortable working on multiple projects at one time
Ability to work in cross-functional and cross-cultural teams
Strong interpersonal skills with a good sense of humor
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Highly independent, self-motivated, ambitious and engaged
Preferred qualifications
Experience in working overseas
Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese
Basic Hyperion (HFM)
