Work side by side with a member of our top management
Support during different phases of our product cycle (business development, sales activities, project reviews, customer visits on site, after sales actions, monitoring and reporting)
Interact with different stakeholders and learn from best-practices
Master challenges as well as opportunities and turn them into business concepts
Plan, implement and lead cross-departmental projects with full responsibility
Show deliberately your can-do attitude by leveraging your innovative mindset and collaborative skills
Required qualifications
Master or PhD graduate with around two years of work experience
Able to judge situations from an overall business perspective by recognizing the broader implications
Agile thinking by learning from mistakes and actively seeking new knowledge
Passionate, humble and driven by intrinsic motivation
Eager to develop leadership and communication skills
Willing to gain international exposure
Preferred qualifications
Graduate from STEM related disciplines or Business Administration/Management
Next to fluency in English, other languages are of benefit
Prior industry knowledge acquired
