Job Description

Reporting to the Head of the Global Aesthetics Business Unit head, and sitting on the GBU leadership team, the Global Head of Digital & Marketing Support  role will lead the development of new digital marketing capability for the GBU Aesthetics. This role will also be accountable for marketing support delivery for the GBU. This global  role will  interact with all key markets, with global functions such as R&D, Regulatory and Medical Affairs and with peers within adjacent business units. It will also partner closely with the global commercial operations team.The incumbent will design a global roadmap for a Digital Strategy toward a broad range of stakeholders across multiple channels based on deep understanding of customer journey. In addition to enhancing commercial performance the role will also be tasked to leverage analytics and the appropriate mix of KPI to streamline and optimize the go-to-market model across geographies.


Job Responsibilities

Digital

- Create and execute a global digital strategy and transformation roadmap that translates into a distinctive experience for all Aesthetics customer/consumer groups;

- Oversee the implementation of the global roadmap at market level and drive consistent execution: Lead the Digital teams across the Ax business at global, regional and local

   levels with mix of direct and dotted reporting lines

- Serve as the single point of coordination and executive oversight for all digital initiatives and transformation projects with Aesthetics by acting as a Cross-Functional Change

  Agent in the digital transformation process; instill a data analytics driven approach for current and new business

- Improve medical and marketing content delivery across channels globally and in all key markets and inspire the GBU to shift medical and marketing activity into digital programs  

   that drive short to long term business results across all brands and geographies

- Drive Digital Innovation: work with teams across the business to generate innovative digital solutions for products, services, processes, customer experiences, marketing

   channels, and business models.  Own and centrally monitor the digital innovation project portfolio, while deployment of the individual projects rest with digital experts and / or

   key stakeholders

- Easily link customer digital engagement to tangible increases in recognition and revenue: Define and report on digital business KPIs and metrics that represent progress against

  digital goals

- Expand the Digital Innovation Ecosystem: Build, manage and continue to grow an internal and external digital innovation ecosystem, tapping into competencies across and

   beyond the organization to apply digital technologies to the business

- Lead Digital intelligence and Identify, monitor and report on trends and innovative developments and their relevance to the business, and keep the organization updated. Drive

   key implications for Galderma brands and ensure implementation of reported trends in global/regional/ local strategies and plans as appropriate.Market Support

- Define global product launch strategy and drive launch excellence for the Ax GBU

- Monitor brand equity, define forecasting standards, aggregate figures

- Own data cleansing and structuring, drive data analytics, and gather and disseminate CMI

- Define performance metrics, manage global CRM

- Manage global media with Procurement

- Manage Galderma Aesthetics Injector Network (GAIN) program and regional delivery

- Manage cross franchise events (e.g. Global leaders forum)

Minimum Requirements


- Strong business/commercial acumen
- Strong influencing and collaboration skills to partner with key internal stakeholders
- Excellent oral and written skills to communicate complex issues and influence others
- Excellent command of English and any other languages are a plus
