As Global Logistics Expert, you will leverage the Logistics Improvement Strategy Framework to drive
sustainable operational savings through functional ownership in our end-to-end value chain under the
Total Delivered Cost umbrella. You will lead specific elements of the Warehousing stream of Logistics
as a Subject Matter Expert and design global roll-out plan with Zones to drive performance
improvements in Supply Chain through KPI monitoring, best practice deployment and leading priority
projects.
• Leverage the customer centricity framework to drive Service to Customers at a competitive Costto-Serve
• Leverage Logistics Excellence Reviews in collaboration with Zones to deliver operational savings in
our end-to-end value chain
• Improve warehouse operations through new initiatives including facility design, organization,
processes, automation, late product customization and systems solutions
• Design, engage and support markets to accelerate and disseminate best practices to reduce Total
Delivered Costs and maintain Fixed Distribution Costs
• Work on analytics to create dashboards enabling deep dive analyses and benchmarking
• Define and align warehousing priorities with Zones objectives and support market implementations
• Define and update key standards with pragmatism and in compliance with the evolving
business/regulatory landscape
• Play an active role in Distribution Network design and optimization
• University degree in Supply Chain or equivalent
• At least 10 years of experience in Physical Logistics, or Strategic and Operational Supply Chain
Management within an FMGC company
• Excellent Knowledge in Warehouse Management (e.g. Operations, Systems Solutions, Automation,
Facility Design)
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong communication skills
• Team player and Self-starter
