Job Description


We are currently looking for the Digital Communication Manager to join our Global Digital & Consumer Engagement team. The role is based in Entre-deux-Villes, Switzerland.


Digital Communication Manager 


The position is reporting directly to the Global Digital & Consumer Engagement Manager and the role sits within the Cx Global Business Unit. You will be accountable for all Digital communications, acting as an online ambassador within Global Brand & E-commerce teams, setting global standards, guidance & monitoring whilst developping online brand reputation and increasing brand awareness. This role will require the ability to engage with Global, Regional & Local Executives to craft detailed ePR plan and deliver online communication best practices for Galderma brands.


You will be in charge of building online communication accelerators by coordinating, operating, & monitoring the complete global digital communication strategy and actions for all Galderma digital touchpoints (including KPIs focused on Content excellence, increase the number of online Articles, Ratings & Reviews, ePR covering/clippings results).


 


 


Job Responsibilities



  • Develop & Build Consumer brands digital communication across all markets by inseminating key brand messages

  • Build and Drive ePr, eReputation, articles and positive image of the brands globally in the markets

  • Inform & Educate about products, launches, innovation  & ingredients
    Build and grow Brand Equity, claims & sustainbility in order to accelerate online share of voice

  • Manage Community Management & create UGC while respecting brand equity

  • Build & Drive partnership with the key online digital touchpoints & medias

  • Copywriting of news, articles and all content for all digital platforms in order to increase online brand visibily

  • Define, implement and execute the Brand & communication strategy

  • Develop & drive Brand Awareness in line with the brand equity

  • Lead and manage all operational communication activities through digital channels and touchpoints

  • Build up and drive inbound lead of user generated content

  • Write high-quality content for whitepapers, marketing assets, website, etc.

  • Extend Web presence and optimize for different devices and search engines

  • Manage and feed all relevant digital channels with relevant and engaging content

  • Protect and develop the e-branding and e-reputation of Galderma brands

  • Address negative comments, articles and misinformation ethically and in aligment with regulatory, legal and innovation departement

  • Build and Monitor Rating & Reviews in order to increase online sales recommadations

  • Web content publication acountability and content publication quality across the whole website

  • Build and maintain the content asset platform delivering content accelerators to the markets

  • Produce content following the SEO guidelines and SEO implementation roadmap.


 


Minimum Requirements



  • Master degree equivalence in communication, PR / Marketing, Digital marketing

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital content, digital communication, e branding/e reputation & ePR

  • Fluent in English with the ability to craft compelling and effective written content in English for all digital platforms such as the Website, social medias, online press and forums.
