You Offer

 

• A university degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent


• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a lead developer and extensive work experience as a software developer


• A minimum of 3 years of experience in leading Open Source or Inner Source projects


• Excellent practical experience with developing & architecting applications in JAVA and experience of working with distributed technologies, such as Hazelcast, Flink, Kafka, Kubernetes


• Demonstrated ability in full stack development ranging from Front- to Back-End technologies


• A proven record of managing and developing a platform for business functionality in collaboration with business developers


• Outstanding analytical, conceptual and technical skills combined with result orientation and problem solving capability


• Deep understanding of trading systems and experience in building exchange executions


• A sense of software quality and maintainability


• Ability to work effectively under pressure with challenging deadlines


• Proficiency in English
