Your 'day to day' As a Statistician, you will support the Laboratory Governance and Footprint team by conducting statistical analyses in the context of methodologies/technologies deployment and monitoring of laboratory performances (including monitor portfolio lifecycle management). You will also be tasked with the design of experiment definition and the generation of related documentation. Furthermore, you will apply standard guidelines recognized by regulatory and quality requirement such as ISO and ICH in order to generate testing plans and reports. More specifically, you will : • Propose the most relevant testing design and acceptance criteria to support deployment of methods and technologies from central/regional functions to affiliates worldwide. • Lead and support monitoring activities by implementing accurate data evaluation and related reporting to bolster different initiatives, such as monthly lab performance assessment and proficiency/collaborative trials (including commercial laboratories). • Lead the monitors portfolio managed by Laboratory Governance and Footprint (specifications establishment, shelf-life, homogeneity tests…) • Provide recommendation on the best approach to report and present data for internal and external audiences, including continuous improvement of existing processes and related tools. • Act as Subject Matter Expert to support Laboratory Governance and Footprint on decision-making process based on outcome of statistical data assessment. • Collaborate with other statisticians across the organization or external to PMI to develop and improve accurate statistical approaches and their related tools. • Assist on the evolution of quality procedures for usage of statistics in all testing controls in place at PMI testing areas. • Carry out all of the team’s activities ensuring that PMI Compliance Policies, standards and laws related to these activities are fully respected. Who we're looking for • Master degree in Statistics, Sciences or Engineering with a strong background in statistics • Confirmed experience in statistics connected to manufacturing, laboratories and/or pharma • Past successful experience of project management and programming • Good knowledge and understanding of regulatory and quality requirements • Experience in analyzing and processing large data sets • Ability to complete deliverable on time and prioritize in a fast paced environment. • Excellent interpersonal communication, organizational and leadership skills, working both independently and in a team environment • Proficient in English, both written and spoken What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
