The Laboratory Weighing service team manages and develops the service business globally, across the Laboratory Weighing Product Portfolio. Key focuses for the team is to further establish the importance of service amongst our stakeholders and business units, and at the same time to continue the growth of the Laboratory Weighing Service business within our market organizations. To strengthen our Team we are looking for a motivated and proactive

Service Product Manager 100% (f/m/d)

In this role, your responsibilities would include:

• Identify service market needs and translate into new service products ideas as well as develop and introduce new service products 


• As part of the software project team, specify market requirements for the existing service software tool development, conduct testing and establish a service software go-to-market concept, ensuring set up of systems and logistics, comprehensive user documentation, training delivered to service technicians and timely execution and introduction


• Establish sales and marketing go-to-market concept by ensuring the creation of marketing collaterals, which is online represented in various marketing and sales channels as well as a training delivered to product and service sales to make sure the timely execution and introduction


• Maintain active service product life cycle  


• Actively manage service product portfolio by identifying the need for continuous updates and improvements of offerings and software tools as well as establishing and executing a process to manage, prioritize and implement

Ihr Profil

Following requirements are necessary for this role:

• You have a bachelor degree in engineering or economics with additional educational and/or professional background in the respective area


• You are experienced in product management and marketing, B2B environment, preferably in the area of service offerings


• Furthermore, you are familiar with software tools and systems


• You are an independent, structured and self-driven personality who has a “can-do" and solution oriented attitude


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with proven record of successfully presenting to all levels, German skills are a big plus


• Worldwide travelling required (up to 15%)
