Mission :

Our client is looking for a Collaboration Services Expert with strong background in Microsoft Technology to support the project team in achieving both the migration to SharePoint online together with the infrastructure team and third parties, and the successful launch of the new Office 365 collaboration service suite, together with change management experts, as well as providing 2nd level support with the Support Team.




Responsabilities :




As part of a Transformation program, our client has launched a Go Digital initiative promoting new ways of working. One of its pillars is to create a Digital Workspace including the modernization of the corporate collaboration services. A project was launched to leverage Microsoft 365 subscription for releasing new capabilities to all users for sharing files and information or communicate more easily across departments, locations or with partner organizations. After releasing OneDrive for Business as a personal online storage space, the project is now undertaking the migration of collaboration spaces hosted on SharePoint on-premise (SP) to SharePoint Online (SPO), and introducing new services such as Microsoft Teams, Office 365 Groups and Azure B2B Guest users, together with few others such as Forms, Planner, Sway, or Stream.



The role consists of providing support on all collaboration services :

- user support, participate in building knowledge base documentation for end-users

- Bring technical expertise and undertake technical tasks related to the migration of SharePoint 2013 to SharePoint Online, as part of the virtual migration Team

- Work in close collaboration with stakeholders ranging from the project team, the infrastructure teams, and the change management team, across HQ and the Regions, as well as external providers to build and document overall solution architecture

- Design and implement various technical solutions (Intuitive SharePoint Online templates, Automate provisioning processes, De-provisioning mechanisms leveraging native, Archiving and retention mechanisms to prevent unintended data loss

- Participate on the development of a user portal/knowledge base and advise on technical content

- Work on possible technical remediations of SP features or add-ons not compatible with SPO during the migration process.

- Provide 2nd level support and escalate to MS Premier Support when needed.




Profile

Professional experience :



More than 5years of experience managing Collaboration platforms and services, including Office 365, SharePoint 2013, SharePoint Online.

Proven experience providing technical leadership for the migration large on-premise SharePoint collaboration sites to SharePoint Online.



Highly proficiency in administrating the Microsoft/Office 365 collaboration services (Teams, SharePoint Online, Planner, Forms, Stream), including :

- native or customizable integration between Office 365 groups and other Office 365 services

- Archiving/Records management in SPOClassification, retention and data loss prevention in SharePoint Online and Microsoft/Office 365 suite.

- Creation/management of templates in SharePoint Online and Teams

- Good knowledge of MS Flows Power Apps, SharePoint Designer, Sharepoint Framework, Business Connectivity Services, and Security and Compliance features.

- Implementation of RBAC based on Office 365 Administrator Roles.

- Highly Proficient with MS Teams, Office 365 groups and Azure AD B2B Collaboration.

- Highly skilled for scripting and automating using PowerShell, MS Graph API, or Azure functions.

- Comfortable with both waterfall and Agile oriented project management approaches.



As a plus :


Extensive experience in working across multiple time zones without the need for face to face meetings

Experience with UN or other international or multinational organizations;

Experience with professional business services such as consulting.

Ability to work with tight deadlines and to balance or shift priorities.



Education :



First-level university degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline.

Professional qualification in Microsoft Office 365 Administration and foundation certification in project management methodologies such as PMI, Prince 2, & Agile SCRUM.

Language :




Expert knowledge in spoken and written English.

Working knowledge in French is desirable.
