Software Engineer C# in Audiology

Master the challenge with us of creating and developing a platform used in several fitting software used by hearing care professionals, manufacturing processes within the whole Sonova organization worldwide. Be part of our scaled agile environment within cross-functional and international teams which fosters you to demonstrate your creativity and programming skills.

Your tasks

• Work side-by-side with audiological researchers and engineers and translate their ideas into software models that run on our software applications


• Use and extend the audiological infrastructure


• Willing to dive into a complex audiological domain, take on functional ownership and work side-by-side with software engineers and architects in an agile setup


• Transform audiological specifications and algorithms into productive code, discuss with experts in a close collaboration


• Deepening your expertise in our world of hearing domain
   

Your profile

• BSc/MSc degree in computer science, software engineering or equivalent


• Strong C# programming skills, 5+ years of experience with .NET C#, experience with .NET Core is a plus


• Hands-on experience in development of algorithms in related domains


• Able to read and understand audiological specifications provided in MATLAB


• Experienced with software architectures and software principles like SOLID and clean code


• Solution orientated team player with a strong agile mindset


• Fluent in written and spoken English, fluency in German is a plus
