Role purpose:


Syngenta IT is undergoing a significant transformation in the technologies it provides to employees to support general productivity. This internship will provide comprehensive project support for a major end user adoption program called “Work Better”. The intern will support the various aspects of the programs e.g. tool adoption and upskilling and user.


Accountabilities:



  • Help to build learning paths in Syngenta’s e-learning platform (Learning Edge) for individual tools (e.g. Zoom, Teams and other Microsoft programs).

  • Support to build out knowledge repository around tool related questions.

  • Manage the registration process and marketing of a weekly webinar series “Work Better Wednesdays” trainings.

  • As we are expanding Work Better Wednesdays to other languages, support the coordination of the Work Better agenda across different countries/languages.

  • Support on other Work Better initiatives.

 

Qualifications

 

Knowledge skills and experience:


Critical Knowledge:



  • Excellent command of English

  • Excellent computer skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Content Management System)

  • Understanding of graphical tools helpful.


Critical Skills:



  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and multiple deadlines simultaneously

  • Ability to prioritize and to work efficiently and independently as well as be flexible

  • Positive proactive disposition, ability to work under pressure and handle a changing environment

  • Ability to work effectively in a large corporation

  • Interested in workplace technologies and demonstrates a learning mindset with new technology.


Critical Experience:



  • Basic communications / branding knowledge


Critical success factors and key challenges:



  • Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills

  • Understand the project’s objectives and overall goals

  • Capable of managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously

  • Contribute as service-oriented team player who searches and finds potential to support the team with an enthusiastic, dynamic and positive approach
