We Offer

 

  • Run and monitor processes, ensuring coordination with priorities of the function

  • Identify and realize opportunities for business operational improvements and working with management and other team members to develop, design, and coordinate said improvements

  • Drive and supervise adherence to relevant procedures, policies and compliance requirements

  • Coordinate, develop, and manage the reporting of the function to the Global Head of Public Policy and Regulatory Affairs as well as senior business partners

  • Leading and supporting projects and associated planning, tracking, and reporting

  • Support annual strategic planning for the function, crafting and updating dashboards for key performance indicators

  • Assist planning, coordination, and management of business resources and supporting of senior management with day-to-day tasks

  • Take ownership for physical, building, and IT matters

You Offer

 

 



  • A University degree and/or relevant working experience (minimum 3 years) paired with interest and flair for the business area

  • First experience in project or business management

  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

  • Proficiency (written and verbal) in English and German 

  • Ability to inspire changes paired with a profound translation of ideas into clear communication

  • Critical thinking and the ability to take care of ambiguity, strong problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities 

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
