My client is a global investment and technology commercialisation firm. The company is headquartered in Vaduz with subsidiaries in Switzerland, the UK and elsewhere. Following the further growth of the company I am looking for a


Commerical Allrounder
(Office Management, Assistance, Accounting)


The responsibilities of this new role include:



  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures including visitor process, catering requests and office supplies

  • Be a part of Finance and coordinate debit card payments, corporate credit cards and petty cash as well as enter invoices, etc. into the accounting software

  • Maintain workplace expenses, invoices and payments

  • Provide routine accounting support 

  • Assist with presentation and report preparation

  • Compose and type agendas and correspondence for special events, board meetings, committee meetings and development activities

  • Coordinate and perform all daily workplace-related tasks, meetings, interactions with third-party vendors, clients and suppliers including landlord, maintenance and building support staff

  • Oversee control and delivery of incoming and outgoing office mail and deliveries

  • Coordinate the purchasing of office equipment and supplies with the Procurement team and manage general workplace inventory

  • Organise, plan and coordinate company events as required

  • Manage calendars — arrange, coordinate and prioritise complex scheduling and logistics

  • Manage, advise and respond to the CFO’s day-to-day requests (e.g. communications, queries, leadership responses, follow ups etc.)


In order to comply with our expectation you will need to have:



  • Commercial background with some years of experience in a similar role 

  • Strong written and verbal communication, ideally bilingual English/German

  • Experience in accounting at a junior level

  • Problem solving, ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines

  • Interpersonal communication skills 

  • A flexible, driven and team-oriented person 

  • Professional with a friendly and positive disposition
