Customer Implementation and Sales Specialist - Switzerland


 


This is a combined Sales and customer Training role. In this position you are responsible for creating new SureSmile © accounts and then ensuring repeat case orders in order to drive ongoing customer growth. Working in close relationship with the existing Dentsply Sirona sales force you will leverage existing customers relationships and promote the complete orthodontic solution. You are responsible for providing first level support to customers who will start with or already use SureSmile © aligners and software. The training will be done either remotely, at the dentists’ and orthodontists’ practices directly or other suitable external premises.


 


Key responsibilities:



  • Acquire, develop and retain new accounts in order to develop our aligners and overall digital solution sales

  • Lead initial SureSmile © implementation, ensuring dentists and staff fully understang how to gain full utilization of the entire workflow/product

  • Keep up to date through continuous proactive self-education on products, systems and education in order to develop SureSmile © customers through tailored training and support

  • Develop, manage and implement the annual budget to ensure that monthly, quarterly and yearly objectives and sales targets are achieved

  • Work in close relationship with existing Dentsply Sirona sales force in the same area/ region to leverage existing customers’ relationship and create synergies by promoting the total orthodontic solution

  • Undertake ongoing strategic market analysis to ensure responsiveness to changes, market trends and competitor activities

  • Understand the customers’ needs and expectations and educate them on current and new market trends to develop their business

  • Execute, in own area / region Customer Affairs and Marketing programs to build awareness, including but not limited to lunch & learn educational event; practice open days and both live and online events

  • Measure and monitor the success of training and support activities


 


Requirements and qualifications:



  • Educated to degree level or equivalent combination of education and professional experience

  • Advanced technical sales Experience is essential / Dental sales experience preferred - Commercial experience is essential

  • Proven experience of working in a digital, software-driven environment and sharing and developing the knowledge base of others, customers and internal colleagues  

  • Consultative approach, ideally combined with proven training experience in similar technical environment

  • Excellent negotiation skills and Business acumen, result driven with proven ability to build strong and commercially beneficial relationships with key customers

  • Structured thinker with a passion for implementing best practice and techniques for the benefit of potential and existing customers

  • Responsiveness, initiative and the flexibility to accommodate customers different needs in a timely manner in combination with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and excellent problem-solving skills

  • Able to interpret complex business information and analytics

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English (C1/C2) and French (B1/B2)in digital channels as well as personal meetings

  • Willingness to travel
