Job Description

To support our growth, Open Web Technology has an immediate opening for a Technical Team Lead Backend/ Cloud Computing based in Geneva with at least 5 years of experience in a similar leading development position.

As a Technical Team Lead Backend / Cloud Computing you will be responsible for the lead of technical projects in different industries. Our development process follows the Scrum methodology.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead and coach our project team and ensure high-quality standards


• Participate in the technical design of projects we create for our clients


• Supervise and write efficient and reliable code; use best practices with our team


• Organize and participate in code reviews


• Setup unit and integration tests


• Keep up to date with the latest technology trends

Requirements

Technical Skills

• 5 years of technical development experience with Java / Spring Boot project and all related framework


• Demonstrated experience in coaching and managing teams


• Experience in Cloud Computing (AWS, Azure)


• Experience with client technologies like JavaScript, CSS3, HTML5, Bootstrap, Angular, React


• Strong experience with Webdesign, REST Web Service Architecture, database design


• Experience in continuous integration, continuous deployment (Jenkins) and DevOps culture


• Contribute to agile project management (Scrum, Kanban)


• Fluent in English, French (ideally as mother tongue) and German
