At Bühler, we already use digital solutions and platforms to plan and implement hybrid events that combine virtual and traditional formats. It is important to address and accompany the visitor target groups with a communication mix on different channels before, during and after the event. Tasks
You plan virtual and hybrid events (customer webinars, Bühler Virtual World, internal and external live events) and implement them as a team
You develop holistic communication concepts
You support our Bühler businesses and regions in a global environment
You operate digital platforms and applications
You create and update websites and landing pages with Adobe Experience Manager and contribute with your ideas to further development
You will create analysis and reports
You will assist with day-to-day tasks and organisational issues
You work with internal stakeholders as well as with external service providers
Required qualifications
You are studying or have already completed a degree in Economics, Event Management, Marketing & Communication or Business Administration
Your English skills are excellent in both written and verbal communication
You have gained first experience in identifying target groups and are able to align your communication with different stakeholder groups
You stay calm even in hectic times due to your structured and organized way of working
You work independently but you are also enthusiastic about working as part of a team
Preferred qualifications
You gained initial experience with content management systems or can quickly familiarise yourself with new systems and tools thanks to your IT affinity
Other further language skills are an advantage
You have ideally basic knowledge on HTML/CSS
Experience in organising events complete your profile
