Salesforce Administrator / Developer with potential


 


You will manage different aspects of our Salesforce installation and be responsible for a variety of both operative and conceptual task in a global environment. Good business sense, as well as technical proficiency are key for success. you feel comfortable taking on a wide variety of tasks ranging from hands-on admin to system integration and architectural tasks. You will part of Sulzer’s Global Digital Team and you will report to the global Program leader for Saleforce.

Your tasks



  • Contribute to efficient Sales processes by maintaining and customizing Sales Cloud and Service Cloud applications

  • By Collaborating with business owners build custom reports, dashboards and workflows

  • As part of Sulzer’s global Customer data management, ensure data integrity and accuracy including cleansing and master data management

  • Overall management of sales related technical resources and migration of data into Salesforce

  • Evaluate new releases of Salesforce in terms of relevance for Sulzer and determine functionality requirements, and provide change management for all affected departments/users

  • Manage operational requests and reporting including customer analysis, individual views and troubleshoot issues

  • Manage Salesforce Security including roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows and groups

  • Manage continuous on-boarding and training of Salesforce.com end users, develop training materials and provide training

  • Coordinate between sales and other departments (such as marketing and training)


 


Your profile



  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, Communications, Marketing or another related field

  • Relevant experience of implementing and operating Sales Cloud and Service cloud application in an industrial environment (2-4 years)



  • Balanced skills in system integration, training and administration of SFDC applications in the area industrial OEM’s and service companies



  • Relevant Salesforce certifications in the area of Administration (Advanced Administrator), Architecture and Development highly desired

  • Experienced with Salesforce Integration via ETL platforms

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; Office 365/Skype.

  • Experience in implementation, training and documentation preferred

  • Organizational and time management skills. Complete work within established time frames

  • Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects and competing work demands

  • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Positive interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish and maintain cooperative, courteous working relationships with others
