As Shopper Brand Experience Project Manager you will be responsible for the development and follow-up of several shopper experiences and their effective and qualitative execution in all retail channels (boutiques, e-retail, trade, .com).  You are also playing a key role in contributing to the overall shopper experience strategy by being the spoc person for specific a retail channel.


A day in the life of a Global Shopper Brand Experience PM:


 



  • Manage the content (online and offline: window, Point of sale material) to each retail channel in line with the defined shopper experience calendars

  • Leverage and adapt Campaign Team content when relevant or brief, create and produce ad-hoc content/assets

  • Manage creative agency to deliver surprising, impactful and qualitative retail channel content, assets and experiences

  • Oversee production and implementation of retail channel content, assets and experiences in markets

  • Ensure communication materials developed are compliant with legal, safety and quality requirements

  • Explore innovative sustainable solutions to Retail windows & trade campaign assets production and implementation

  • Be the main contact person for markets and HQ stakeholder for any generic request on a specific retail channel

  • Accurate, timely and proactive management of budget 

  • Contribute to the improvement of the team processes


What will make you successful


 



  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Communications

  • Proven affinity with or traineeship in retail communications, and/or retail marketing 

  • Proven affinity with high-end/luxury brands and/or brands with a direct business model would be an advantage

  • Project management experience on implementation of major global project/s 

  • Care of details, proactiveness, positive “can do” attitude

  • Fluent in written and spoken English, French is a plus
