As a Supply Chain Project Manager, you will support our Regional Supply Chain department by being in charge of the delivery of projects across multiple phases that improve the EMEA Supply Chain for Fragrance and Beauty division. In your daily basis, you will support the region by implementing projects that improve our Service, Quality, Performance and Cost. You will work in close coordination with our Supply Chain team and with Commercial teams, Quality and Production team members.


 


In this exciting role, your main responsibilities will be:


 



  • Ensure project management for supply chain projects that improve on supply chain performance : define and built efficient project teams, define the main project phases, lead weekly project management meetings, ensure that project team activities and decisions are documented, manage resources, report to steering committees;


- Promote regional projects from pre-study to delivery in the following areas:


- Joint Customer improvement programs


- Sales and Operations Planning projects


- General supply chain improvement for example on lead-time reduction


- Logistics and transportation projects


- Network optimization and allocation


- Packaging optimization



  • Develop supply chain improvement plans: performance, processes, Indicator's and best practices;

  • Lead process redesign workshops, Build the business case, determine To-Be processes, ensure change management;

  • Support operational teams in supply chain problem solving:, lead root cause analysis and follow up of corrective actions;

Your successful profile includes:


 



  • Master degree in Supply Chain or Science degree in Engineering or Business or any equivalent

  • 3 or more years of experience in different industries (Consulting, Consumer Goods, Chemicals)

  • Experience in Project Management including Business case creation, Stakeholder engagement, Project management planning, Risk management, Project delivery through a number of phases

  • APICS or Six Sigma / Lean experience is an advantage

  • Fluent in English and French

  • Customer-focused, with an inclusive mindset
