What does the role involve?


As intern in our department you’ll be part of the Structural Software Team. You’ll work closely with our experts to develop Hilti software to the next level


Your key responsibilities will be to support the Product Manager and Technical Product Manager in order to bring innovative solutions to the customer. Your tasks will be from the beginning to the end – from supporting with specification, testing, creating content (for internal use as well as for customer) to preparing the numbers to make sure we are also creating impact in the marketplace. Diversity is in the nature of our business and you will have plenty of chances to communicate with our team in different locations and bring up your ideas.

AGILITY – For our latest innovation PROFIS Engineering we are delivering updates containing value for the customer every 3 weeks. This only works if the whole team is working closely together.

What you need is:



  • Bachelor/Master’s student in technical, engineering and/or marketing studies

  • Good knowledge of mechanics of materials and structures

  • Interested in software and workflows in the design phase

  • Familiar with an independent work style and ready to take responsibility in own area of competence

  • Good communication skills in English (and preferably in German).


We take our time to get to know you. As part of your recruitment process, you’ll get to talk to your internship coach as well as your HR Manager who both can answer some of your burning questions.
