Team Lead Maintenance

What's the role?

We are looking for a team lead for the maintenance department of our production plant in Schaan. Together with your team you will be responsible for reactive and preventive maintenance of our production equipment and the enhancement of the corresponding processes.

What does the role involve?

You and your team will continuously improve the availability of our production machines by ensuring a professional breakdown service and sustainable problem solving by applying methods like CIP and Kaizen workshops. You will define and implement the next steps of our TPM journey to bring our plant to the next level. Furthermore, collaborate with your peers in our global production network to enhance our maintenance standards.

Key task in this role is the development of your team of maintenance planners, mechanics and electronic technicians.
As team lead maintenance you will be part of the leadership team of the Technical Service Unit in the plant.

What you need is:

• You have an academical background in mechatronic, electrical or mechanical engineering


• You gained at least 2 years’ experience in maintenance


• You are familiar with TPM, Condition Monitoring, Lean methods


• You are experienced in leading a team and developing people


• You are fluent in German


• Good English languages skills and any other European language would be an added advantage
