What's the role?


In this role you get the chance to drive the operational excellence journey of the plant in Schaan together with the lean department. The internship will allow you to actively contribute to the plant’s annual productivity and cost performance targets.

What does the role involve?


As intern in our department, you will be part of the lean team with a high focus on the implementation of projects regarding operational excellence in the manufacturing area and indirect functions.
Your key responsibility will be to run/support optimization workshops across all functions of the plant and to support lean activities on a day-to-day basis. Working on strategic deployments of global standards as well as conducting tactical kaizen workshops will allow you to gain a good understanding of our operational excellence journey.

What you need is:



  • Bachelor's degree and currently studying in a master’s program with an economic or technical background

  • Good IT and Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Enthusiasm to learn and drive to succeed

  • Strong team skills, interest in working in a multinational team

  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in German and English

  • High commitment and self-responsibility

  • A proactive approach and self-reliant personality
