We are looking for an experienced Supply Manager in our global team of experts to ensure that responsible purchasing tasks are in line with BU business targets. You will be an ambassador for managing the supplier performance and internal compliance to processes and policies. You build trust and raise awareness at all levels of the organization. You are in charge for the sourcing strategies and secure long-term ambitious supply base in terms of industry targets, projects and tasks.

As a Supply Manager you get the chance to develop and implement material strategies and align purchasing strategies with key stakeholders (Business Unit, cross-function, regional organization, Plant etc.)
You are in charge to outline business demands and draft tasks/direction in terms of single/double sourcing and the requirement for developing suppliers to have a stable and qualified supplier base, as well as minimize the Business Intelligence risks.
You manage the purchasing tasks of projects (Time to Money-/, Think Project, etc.) to boost the BU roadmap. You manage and lead COGS (cost reduction) projects to ensure the cost management globally.
You get the chance to manage the supplier management tasks (negotiation, contracting, system setting).
You are accountable to conduct buying/market analysis, including material supply chain, value analysis to drive cost reduction.
You do partner with quality, product care experts to handle the supplier quality area of responsibility.
You receive reporting responsibilities according to company guidelines.
