In our AutoChem business unit, we manufacture synthesis equipment and calorimeters primarily for the chemical and pharmaceutical industries. To further strengthen our Market Support Team at our global operational headquarters in Nänikon-Greifensee, we are looking for a

 

Market Support Specialist & Service Trainer 100% (f/m/d)

 

Your responsibilities

• Support the development of service software tools (remote & troubleshooting)


• Creation of content for Service Products such as installation, maintenance and repair


• Develop service training programs for basic, advanced, and expert levels with likely a shift towards virtual trainings to meet the need under the new normal


• Schedule, coordinate, and execute service training for existing portfolio and new product introductions (products, accessories, consumables, software, services) for Service Technicians and Technical Support Engineers, both from customers & internal global Marketing Organizations


• Develop service skills, segment/industry expertise, laboratory workplaces, tools with tailored training eLearning, Micro eLearning and classroom courses


• Maintain training and lab equipment for service training in Training Centers


• Backup for technical support of analytical instruments (Application Support)

Ihr Profil

• University/FH degree in Chemistry


• Minimum of 3 years work experience in similar areas, experience with lab instruments preferred


• You have excellent MS Office Microsoft tool skills, and you are affine in modern communication- and supporting technologies including Internet tools


• You have the ability to motivate and inspire technical people and show initiative and enthusiasm to continuously improve and develop global training delivery and processes


• Ideally technical experience in Laboratory processes, applications and methods


• You are a team player with good communication and coordination skills


• You have an analytical mindset with a solution-oriented approach, work in a structured and organized manner and live an open feedback culture and can address and resolve conflicts


• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, German would be a big plus
