Les opérations unitaires incluent les préparations de solutions, le nettoyage des équipements, les assemblages de consommables, les étapes d’inoculum, de culture cellulaire, de chromatographie, d’inactivation virale, de filtration normale, de filtration virale, d’UFDF …
Pendant les opérations de production, le MES Sr Technicien/Spécialiste assumera un rôle opérationnel.

Summary
During the facility startup phase, the MES Sr Technician/Specialist Manufacturing will be responsible for authoring, reviewing and testing MES recipes for manufacturing (USP and or DSP and support). This may include solution preparation, skid cleaning, consumable assemblies, inoculum, cell culture, chromatography, viral inactivation, normal filtration, viral Filtration, UFDF, etc.
During manufacturing operation, the MES Sr Technician/Specialist will develop in an operations based role.
