Product Owner Compliance/Client Services Systems

What will be your tasks?

• Gather input from stakeholders (Compliance, Legal, Client Services) to groom and order items in the product backlog to best achieve product strategy and deliver business value


• Translating legal and compliance requirements into system solutions and actionable


• Closely collaborate with the project manager (scrum master) and development team


• Contribute to a product backlog, expressing backlog items, user stories and acceptance criteria


• Assessing features of third party software for integration into our system landscape


• Managing our internal user groups in cases of application related questions, troubleshooting or bug management


• Leading quality assurance processes such as testing of new features and regression testing during roll-out phases of systems


• Author and maintain technical and business documentation related to the product features, implementation and configuration


• Regularly reporting your project status to the management

What do you need for this position?

• University Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or comparable education in computer science or business/law


• Minimum 5 years experience working in a role between business and IT in a Swiss Bank


• Extensive experience in Swiss banking regulations and bank regulated processes


• Strong knowledge in Client Onboarding, AML and Bank Compliance


• Preferred 2 years experience supporting product development in application development/management


• Understanding of agile software development methodology SCRUM


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to clearly articulate complex technical requirements, develop customer-facing documents and presentations.


• Outstanding problem solving, organizational skills and flexibility


• Professional fluency in German and English
