For our International Retail Departement we are looking for a :
Digital Learning Manager
Mains tasks :
-360° management of a Digital Learning platform for office and commercial populations
-Management of the provider relationship, negotiations, workshop, improvements and upgrades
-Platform administration in a super key user position, access administration (learners, local trainers, local users…)
-Elaboration of the blended learning strategy with a focus on learner experience
-Creation and animation of digital learning paths
-Reporting and monitoring of the platform's KPIs
-International management and upgrades of the platform on the International scope
-Change management centrally and locally
-Training, mentoring and monitoring of local key user community
-Management of the platform budget and ROI
-Creation, organisation & management of platform piloting committees
-Reporting and monitoring on innovations on blended, digital and global learning approaches and tools
Your profile :
-5-8 years minimum in a Digital Learning position
-Knowledge of blended learning and learner experience approaches
-Good knowledge of premium or luxury segment
-Customer and retail oriented mindset
-Very organized, very good communicator, team player, energetic and business oriented
-Strong empathy and ability to understand and create bonds within different cultural environment
-French and English mandatory, additional language would be a plus
This position is based in Eysins with regular travels to La Chaux-de-Fonds
