Job description:


To strengthen our motivated and experienced Customer Support team, we are looking for a


Customer Support Representative


based in Chicago, Illinois.

The duties of this position primarily include customer support via e-mail, phone and live chat in English (and another language).

You will work in a small, efficient team with minimal supervision and maximum individual responsibility. Performance is assessed through satisfaction surveys, and improvement opportunities will be discussed at regular intervals.

Self-organization and efficiency are key requirements for this position. The proficient use of language is extremely important.

Customer inquiries include but not are limited to: questions about one of our games, feature requests, bug reports and administrative inquiries. Each case is different, and every customer deserves a tailored solution.


Qualifications


What qualifications and skills do we expect from you?



  • You have gathered at least 2 years of customer support experience, preferably in a technology environment

  • You write and speak English with native-level of proficiency

  • You have a strong interest in technolgy, gaming in particular

  • You have a good problem solving & self-organization skill

  • You have a customer-oriented mindset

  • You have proactive communication skills

  • You are able to work with either a supervisor, a team and completely on your own


What would be a plus?



  • Additional languages are a huge plus (Spanish, German, French)

  • Gaming industry experience

  • Knowledge of Farming Simulator, real farming equipment or willingness to learn about it
