Job description:

To strengthen our development team, we are looking for a

Web Developer - Frontend and Backend

based in Erlangen, Germany.

Directly reporting to the Lead Web Developer, you will have to build and manage our internal and external web application.

Strong remote communication skills (Skype chat and calls, emails, intranet communication etc.) for the communication with our offices in Schlieren, Switzerland, and Brno, Czech Republic, are required.

The mission will be to further develop, improve and maintain our front- and backend systems: External websites, intranet, tools for the support team, HR and internal communication applications, including the maintenance of our current IT infrastructure.

Qualifications

What qualification and skills do we expect from you?

• You should be a software engineer (Bachelor degree or equivalent or IT specialist) with strong IT knowledge in general


• Significant experience as a web developer, mastering web technologies (PHP, JavaScript, CSS, HTML)


• In-Depth experience in programming /administration of databases (MySQL)


• Very good communications skills, fluent English & German

What would be a plus?

• Mastering other programming languages (C, C++, C#, Java)


• Other spoken languages, to better integrate into a quite international environment


• Experience with Linux environment administration


• Adobe programs (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
