What you can expect – enriching experiences that will last a lifetime • Drive global account management for our largest, most complex global accounts through sales and program management, account communications and administration under leadership of the Account Management Leader and in close collaboration with the Global Client Service Partner (GCSP), and Client Executive (CE)• Work with the GCSP and global account team to achieve the goals for global revenue, margin and sales/pipeline• Ensure that all locations and Service Lines of the firm are actively engaged and that we deliver Exceptional Client Service in all internal and external encounters• Support account strategy working with account leadership and drive global execution of account plan• Understand both the client’s business agenda and EY services to enable leveraging the global EY network to connect our clients to the right people• Act as a project manager for specific account activity• Manage selected client relationships e.g., procurement• Manage the account pipeline process and drive discipline across global team• Serve as subject matter expert for all information related to the account• Influence without direct authority, frequently providing coaching and input to a high level of firm leadership
What you can contribute – skills for shaping the future • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, including strong command of English and German. Residence near Basel is preferred.• A bachelor's or post-graduate degree (emphasis in Marketing or Business preferred) or equivalent relevant experience• 5-10 years of marketing, project management, account management or similar relevant experience, ideally gained within a global multinational company• Strong business/commercial acumen and an understanding of the life sciences sector• Effective influencing and relationship building skills with strong executive presence • Strategic thinking, analytical and strong facilitation skills• Strong attention to detail and sound organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously• Proactive self-starter with a committed team-oriented attitude • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs• Proven ability to work and influence cross-functionally and geographically and with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders and departments Stick to your plans and realize your goals with us!
