We are bringing a new financial services paradigm to the crypto economy. In scope of our growth plans we are seeking for a Institutional Sales Manager as part of our Client and Investment Solutions team.


In the Institutional Sales Manager function, you will be responsible for the following:



  • Building the franchise:

    • Actively contributing to the division’s success in sales with a focus on EAM’s and MFO’s, coordinated with other business lines

    • Effectively adding value to the bank’s overall capabilities and offerings

    • Providing ongoing input and actions on increasing business with the designated client segments, evaluating market intelligence, adapting strategy and offering


  • Facilitating and actively participating in sales activities in line with cross border regulation:

    • Representing the bank in sales and client acquisition across client segments

    • Aligning individual networks, channels and initiatives to determine most effective contacts and inroads

    • Enhancing and effectively allocating sales capabilities of the team


  • Team participation and ensuring frictionless desk operations with limited resources:

    • Reviewing client documentation (KYC) in the onboarding process

    • Representing team interests internally and providing the team with required resources

    • Establishing, reviewing and improving processes in order to facilitate efficient, yet risk mitigating operations


  • Actively supporting and overseeing all client interaction and experience:

    • Surveying client experience in communication, Digital Banking and Digital Onboarding

    • Coordinating required improvements in technology and processes with Team Head, other business lines and development teams


  • Identifying, initiating and pursuing promising business cases


For you to become part of SEBA’s journey, we require the following set of experience:



  • University degree (Bachelor level) in Business, Finance or Mathematics 

  • Certified CFA/CAIA 

  • Proven network within the Client Segment Private Clients (Professional Investors)

  • Strong negotiation skills

  • At least 5 years within a fully regulated banking environment

  • Fluency in English is a must 

  • Advantageous is crypto know-how and an existing network within the blockchain community (national and international)
