Your Profile



  • Enthusiasm for programming in an object-oriented language such as Python, Kotlin, Dart or a low-level language (C, C++, Rust)

  • Team player with strong communication skills able to adapt to their environment

  • Degree from a university of applied sciences, university or ETH in IT, electrical engineering or comparable training

  • Enthusiasm for modern software development; always endeavors to deepen and apply technologies, philosophies and principles

What are the specific tasks?

My main task is the technical management and development of our internal and open-source sensor drivers. Our diverse team takes an agile approach using Scrum. There's no such thing as a boring work day here, because there's a huge amount of variety and contact with other team members, product owners and stakeholders. My proactive involvement always aims at creating a successful product. I also engage with other topics in order to make the team and the company a success.

What are the daily challenges?

Choosing the right tool is just as crucial as effective implementation. We chose the language C for the sensor drivers. We choose the right set of tools for each project together. In other cases, the team opted for Rust, Dart (Flutter), Python, etc. A consistent focus on further training and a desire to achieve something together are absolute musts
