Aerolite AG is the leading manufacturer of customized medical equipment for rescue helicopters and air ambulances. At our location in Ennetbürgen NW, we have been developing, producing and certifying these installations since 1995 with a team of highly qualified specialists. In order to further expand our leading position in the European market, we are looking forward for a:

Senior Systems Engineer (m/w)

Your Tasks

• Technical responsibility for the assigned system development (gas / vacuum / oxygen)


• Detailed definition of system requirements according to the customer requirements and certification regulations


• Definition of the system architecture


• Technical coordination within internal teams as well as external system suppliers


• Conduct and lead system design reviews


• Responsibility for compliance of the system design with the certification regulations (aviation and medical devices)


• Creation and review of system description documents, definition and performance of the system test procedures (SFTs)


• Creation of the system safety and analysis documents (SFHA, SSA, FMEA)

Your Profile

• Technical knowledge and expertise as a system engineer (Bachelor / Master) or comparable trainings, preferably in the field of aviation


• Minimum of four years of professional experience as a Systems Engineer


• Experience with System Safety Assessment (SSA) of gas systems


• Good understanding of processes


• Very good ERP,PDM and MS Office knowledge


• Good command of spoken and written English and German languages


• Stress Resilient team player with a structured mindset
