Length: 18 months including 4-6 month rotation
Academic qualification: Recently completed bachelor's or master's degree at a university or university of applied sciences. Ideally in Business Administration or Information Technology.

• A challenging role as Business Manager / Cost Manager within the business area SUB COO with focus on SUB IT department


• The opportunity to support managing SUB IT’s costs and accordingly enable the department to perform by defining and driving related processes in close collaboration with various internal partners


• Gain in-depth insight into the financial forecasting as well as into financial and resource planning by also collaboration with key groups along respective processes and procedures


• Work in a highly motivated team, take ownership of tasks and drive them forward!


• Contribute your ideas to improve processes and the general quality of our service delivery


• Interact with diverse teams in and outside of Switzerland!


• Exposure as well as the chance to interact with a variety of other roles like IT Key Account Management, IT Business & Performance Management (e.g. Workforce Strategy), IT Portfolio Management and SUB Finance

• Professional work experience ideally within a leading financial institution


• Strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with result orientation and problem solving capability as well as strong interest in and enthusiasm for Finance / Controlling


• A self-starter and independent thinker with the ability to cooperate in a highly collaborative environment and to contribute to the team's success


• Good attention to detail but also sound pragmatism and ability to work with tight deadlines


• Integrative, stress resistant team player with strong interpersonal and relationship building skills


• Sound knowledge in dealing with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Access


• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in German and English are required
