As a member of our exciting People and Organisation (P&O) team, the P&O Advisor will support the P&O Business Partners of the region/site in all areas of HR responsibilities, with the aim of HR team to successfully act as business partner for management, supporting the business to achieve its strategic goals.
Ensure efficient and flawless delivery of processes and solutions cooperating with relevant parts of the HR operating model, line managers and employees.
You will be a part of a fast paced, high impact team aspiring to create an organisational culture that enables innovative thinking, superior quality, continuous improvement and ensures an uncompromised safety.
