As a member of our exciting People and Organisation (P&O) team, the P&O Advisor will support the P&O Business Partners of the region/site in all areas of HR responsibilities, with the aim of HR team to successfully act as business partner for management, supporting the business to achieve its strategic goals.


 


Ensure efficient and flawless delivery of processes and solutions cooperating with relevant parts of the HR operating model, line managers and employees.

Your mission is to:


 



  • Provide Regional HR BPs with advice and assistance on local policies, procedures, legislation, and company agreements in Switzerland; cooperate with country HR on local cases, when required.  

  • Support and participate in key processes like Performance Calibration & Talent Reviews, Career Management, FTE Budgeting, Learning & Development and Reward & Recognition in close collaboration with Regional & Global HRBPs, CoEs and business leaders

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices – identify issues, propose, develop & implement solutions, across the region.

  • Advise line managers and employees on company policies and practices, promoting self-service and HR SS.

  • Support development and implementation of the regional P&O Plan; lead design, development and implementation of assigned projects and processes, across the region

  • Operationally responsible for the implementation of the strategically decided actions

  • Support preparation and participate in performance calibration meetings and talent reviews

  • Deliver information sessions to employees and people managers on people related processes and solutions, as required.

  • Stay up to date with Swiss legal framework, work with legal dept. and country HR when required

  • Ensure HR operations, information and data are compliant with HR policies and local legislation

  • Act as Recruiting Business Partner for temporary positions

  • Ensure smooth correspondence with authorities and external partners

  • Responsible for case and care management


 


Are you who we are looking for?


 



  • Ideally you will have a master, minimum Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline (HR, Business Administration, Social Sciences)

  • Additional professional trainings in HR 

  • 3 –5 years of experience in general HR functions in a multi-national company, in a similar operating model

  • Knowledge of performance and talent management process

  • Fluent in German and English, verbally and written

  • Project management skills

  • Organizational awareness: understands climate and culture
