  • Leading independent tasks to the implementation of the Enterprise Risk and Control Framework within SRI, as well as to the enablement of a solid compliance and regulatory reporting oversight mechanisms

You offer:



  • Genuine interest in sustainability and responsible investing as core integral part of business commitments, passion to learn and develop more mature knowledge in the field

  • University degree or equivalent in banking, economics, risk management or related or equivalent work experience

  • Initial experience within a risk, compliance, control or project manager related function within a Bank or financial services company is an advantage

  • You combine a keen analytical approach with a fresh independent thinker mentality

  • You have a solid ability to synthesize and structure information from various sources into key impactful and clear messages

  • As a great standout colleague within a relatively lean central structure, you show a motivated and flexible can-do attitude, and feel at ease to collaborate with our leadership team and business partners at all hierarchical levels of the organization

  • Proficiency in English is a requirement with German language skills seen as an advantage

  • You understand the value of diversity in the workplace and are dedicated to encouraging an inclusive culture in all aspects of working life

  • Sound knowledge of MS-Office, Excel, PowerPoint
