Job Description

You are a Pro in Troubleshooting, Performance Analysis and Optimization? Learning and innovation is your driver? We are looking for you as a member of the team that has the focus on our productive SAP landscape. For the collaboration cross-functionally, you should be a passionate professional, used working independently with an innovative mindset and focused on customer solutions. In this role you will be part of the SAP Technical Consulting & Development team of five employees, the position is based in Basel, Switzerland and reports to the Head of SAP Technical Consulting & Development.

TASKS

• Operational responsibility for our broad SAP landscape incl. monitoring and performance optimization


• Administration and configuration of databases (SAP HANA)


• Technical planning and realization of operational projects


• Independent analysis and troubleshooting in case of malfunctions


• Support of SAP module teams (SD/MM, FI/CO, PLM, PP, QM, HCM, CRM, BW) in the area of SAP technical issues

Qualifications

• You have a higher technical computer science education with FH/HF degree or equivalent experience


• You have been operationally responsible for several years for a productive SAP landscape (ERP, CRM, BW, HCM, Sapportal, PI, GRC)


• In addition, you have a track record of SAP project experience (upgrade, migrations, integrations)


• You have deep understanding of the technical SAP landscape (HANA DB, Netweaver stack, ABAP)


• As well, in-depth knowledge in troubleshooting and performance analysis


• You are known for your strong analytical skills and process-oriented way of thinking


• Continuous learning is a matter of course for you and you enjoy familiarizing yourself with new topics & trends


• You have a high degree of independence and self-reliant way of working


• You are a true team player, flexible, resilient and customer oriented


• Your professional communication skills in German and English (oral and written) are fluent
