Job Description


You are a true professional in Identity and Access Management / IAM and learning and innovation is your driver? We are looking for you as a member of the team that has a focus on implementing, process, and integrate IAM solutions in our IAM system environment. In this role, you will be part of the IAM  team based in Basel, Switzerland, reporting to the Head of Corp. IT Architecture Management. 


Your Tasks



  • You will implement IAM solutions (Identity Management & Access Management) to contribute to Straumann’s IAM landscape to the next level of maturity

  • You will model and implement processes, components and integrate IAM components (including workflows, role models, custom adapters & provisioning) in our IAM system environments

  • You will provide tier L2 / L3 support for incidents related to the IAM solution


Qualifications



  • Profound know-how in Identity & Access Management such as User Life Cycle Management, User and Access Provisioning, Recertify Process

  • Hands on technical skills regarding development of IAM products and services (write code, develop policies, user & access provisioning, build new integration)

  • Java & JavaScript knowledge is required

  • Knowledge of LDAP directories is required

  • Interface concepts (REST, SOAP, SAP RFC) is a plus

  • Hands on experience with IBM ISIM is an advantage

  • Optional knowledge on SSO technologies (SAML, Kerberos & OpenID)

  • Your professional communication skills in and English (oral and written) are fluent, German language skills would be a plus

  • You are known for your strong analytical skills and process-oriented way of thinking

  • Continuous learning is a matter of course for you and you enjoy familiarizing yourself with new topics & trends

  • You have a high degree of independence and self-reliant way of working

  • You are a true team player, flexible, resilient and customer oriented
