In Pharma Solutions we are leader in drug delivery systems for transdermal, topical, transmucosal and provide selected active Ingredients.
In Medical Devices we provide solutions for advanced wound & ostomy care, medical monitoring & diagnostics, cardiology, neurology, urology, respiratory, drug delivery devices, medical disposable and fast-growing wearable solutions.
To accelerate growth in Healthcare market, we are seeking a Global Product Manager Healthcare F/M/D, a pivotal role at the center of the Commercial, Operation/Supply Chain organization to lead delivery of yearly objectives along the strategic trajectory of the business.
This role will be reporting to the General Manager for Healthcare Silicones Business and be a critical member of the Global Healthcare Leadership Team.
• Work Location: Belgium (Switzerland's recurrent presence is mandatory) or Switzerland (Geneva or home-office base in CH can be considered)
• Travel time limited to <20% to meet key customers, for internal Team meetings
Main Responsibilities:
• Global scope for the key product lines (Adhesives, Compounds, Elastomers, Emulsions, Fluids) specifically used in Medical Devices and Pharma Solutions
• Establish and implement the global product/asset strategy to deliver the annual revenue, gross margin and working capital targets for the Healthcare segment (Profit & Loss responsibility)
• Sponsor and execute programs that strengthen the product utilization while redefining and delivering the value proposition
• Planning, monitoring and supervising the performance and forecasting of the respective product lines, taking appropriate measures to ensure profitable growth
• Manage Supply/Demand balances to trigger capacity release, capital investment and product rationalization efforts
• Set Price/Volume trade-offs to ensure profitable business growth
• Drive implementation of contracts for selected key accounts jointly with respective sales team
• Chair Healthcare Business Management Team and work with the Commercial, Operation, Supply Chain, Marketing, Technology, Quality, Regulatory and Product Steward functions to deliver yearly plan and optimize the product/customer mix to maximize value of the assets in line with market needs
• Key member of the Healthcare Leadership Team

Job Qualification
• STEM or Business University degree
• MBA as add-on qualification or alternative business experience
• Good understanding of long cycle industries like Healthcare, experience in the pharma/medical industry is a strong plus
• P&L experience, strong analytic capabilities, financial acumen
• Strong leadership, sense of urgency/accountability, result orientation
• Manage complexity and strategic mindset
• Ability to lead by influence and work across cultures, good communication and teamwork approach
• Capabilities to forge tight-knit teamwork and to lead a cross-functional team; Powerful in building partnerships
• Agile and ability to quickly adapt to new subjects & challenges
