What success looks like in this role:

• Als erfahrener und leidenschaftlicher Software Engineer mit Kenntnissen und Erfahrung in komplexen Umfeldern bringst Du entsprechende Projekterfahrung mit. Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung und entwirfst Software Architekturen & Lösungen basierend auf neusten Microsoft Technologien.


• Die Umsetzung Deiner Ideen und Visionen in greifbare Resultate macht Dir genauso viel Spass und Du bewegst dich sicher in agilen Projektumfeldern. Dabei pflegst Du einen offenen und ehrlichen Kommunikationsstil, sowohl als aktives Mitglied im Team als auch im Umgang mit unseren Auftraggebern.


• Unser Entwicklungsteam besteht aus rund 30 Spezialisten, die sowohl vor Ort als auch in unserer Niederlassung Lösungen für unsere Auftraggeber konzipieren und realisieren.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• Fundierte IT-Ausbildung auf tertiärer Stufe (Uni, FH oder HF)


• Anerkannte Zertifizierungen oder Weiterbildungen mit Abschluss sind erwünscht (z.B. CAS im relevanten Fachbereich)


• Mindestens 5 Jahre umfassende Erfahrung in der SW-Entwicklung


• Fundierte Kenntnisse in folgenden Technologien: 
  
  
  
  • NET Core / .NET Framework
  
  
  • ASP.NET, Entity Framework, REST
  
  
  • Microsoft Visual Studio
  
  
  • HTML, CSS und JavaScript (Erfahrungen in Angular, React, Vue von Vorteil)
  
  
  • Microsoft Team Foundation Server/Git
  
  
  • Agile Vorgehensmodelle und Prozesse wie SCRUM, SAFe oder DevOps
  
  


• Kommunikative Persönlichkeit, die sich bei anspruchsvollen und komplexen Aufgaben richtig wohl fühlt. Du bist teamfähig, belastbar, hast eine gute Portion Durchsetzungsvermögen und Freude am Realisieren


• Mündlich wie schriftlich stilsicher in Deutsch und Englisch, Französisch ist ein klares Plus
