Optimize current pancoating process for small plastic components and generate a feasibility study for new application on other plastic components

• Plan and perform D.O.E. study on current pancoating process, considering all the main parameters involved (using Minitab Software)


• Create correlation between parameters in order to optimize the process


• Plan and perform D.O.E. studies for feasibility analysis on other component to coating with the new process


• Create correlation between pancoating process and machines assembly and feeding system, to improve the production process


• Test and confirm the improvements


• Draw up feasibility study document for possible future process change


• Train the reference employees

Mandatory requirements:

• Knowledge of Design of Experiment methodology


• Knowledge of statistic


• Knowledge of office package (in particular excel and power point)


• Problem solving aptitude


• Team working


• Communication

It will be considered as a plus:

• Knowledge/experience in pancoating process


• Knowledge of Minitab (possibility of autonomous/supported internal training)
