Your responsibilities
You drive our innovation by developing Electrolyser systems, processes and related aggregates to meet project targets in time, quality and at competitive cost.
Full documentation responsibility across R&D and into Engineering, Testing and Manufacturing, and in collaboration with certified bodies (Specifications, Process description, FMEA, HAZOP, DOE, SPC, 8D, etc.)
Be the technical expert for advanced solutions and continuous improvements, leading team activities and workshops from ideation till complex problem-solving.
Evaluate new and develop existing relations with R&D partners, suppliers and stakeholders for continuous improvements or the development and market introduction of new solutions
Your experiences
MSc (or PhD) in process or chemical engineering with 5+ years industry experience in electro-chemical processes and systems (preferably Electrolysers)
Demonstrated results as project manager or project driver (organizing projects or work packages across organisational interfaces)
Structured, systematic and focused work style with good documentation skills
Ambitious personality, eager to deliver results, with good communication and cooperative skills
Fluency in English, German is a plus
