Open Systems Connect SD-WAN department acts as an interface between Internet Service Providers and our customers. In a highly automated working environment, Connect SD-WAN acts as a central hub for the modern operation of global customer networks.

Your mission:

As a Connectivity Specialist, you are responsible for ensuring contracts with our providers are optimally negotiated, correctly recorded and updated. You will be a vital interface between our sales, finance and implementation departments and will ensure smooth communication between these departments. Open Systems offers you the opportunity to take responsibility for customer projects from the concept phase to implementation, which includes regular reporting on ongoing projects. You have a lot of freedom in the further development of already existing internal processes, and can put all your creativity and analytical thinking to work.

What we are looking for:

• A completed high school diploma or vocational diploma


• Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail


• A positive attitude to work, a concentrated and precise way of working and team spirit are the key to success in this position.


• Very good Excel knowledge


• English and/or German fluent both spoken & in writing


• First work experience such as an apprenticeship would be a plus
