The Osteology Foundation is a global organisation that supports science and education in the field of oral
tissue regeneration. The objective is to develop and share knowledge and understanding, leading to evidence-
based clinical practice for the improvement of patient care. For our office in Root, Lucerne, we are looking
for an enthusiastic and engaged person to support our team as
YOUR TASKS
■ Development of programmes in close collaboration with international opinion leaders and experts for the
Foundation’s education activities (e.g. national and international symposia, hands-on courses, national and
international online education formats).
■ Support of communication & marketing activities in terms of scientific writing and professional content
(e.g. congress reports, educational content).
■ Project management, incl. project team lead, organisation, budget preparation and controlling, reporting to
the Foundation Board, strategic planning, stakeholder management.
■ Close collaboration with other team members regarding event organisation, online education formats,
marketing and promotion.
■ Contribution to the further strategic development of the Foundation’s education activities.
■ Contribution to the development of our online platform and the establishment of a learning management system.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
■ Natural science or medical / dental degree and at least 2 years of professional experience in medical device /
oral tissue regeneration industry or related organisations.
■ Other educational background possible (e.g. marketing, sales, etc.) in combination with extensive professional
experience (>5 years) in medical device / oral tissue regeneration industry or related organisations.
■ Understanding of Continuing Professional Development and Continuing Medical Education principles and formats.
■ Proficiency in English (min. C1) and preferably also German; any other language is a plus.
■ International mindset; willingness to work in a diverse and multicultural environment.
■ Experience in the management of complex projects, across teams and countries.
■ Superior verbal and written communication skills.
■ Affinity to digital technologies and online education principles.
■ Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
■ Creativity, team spirit, open and flexible mindset, and a high level of quality awareness.
■ Willingness to travel internationally.
