Responsibilities
Lead the conception and launch of innovative digital products and features, and enhance existing ones
Partner with business stakeholders to translate business strategy to product strategy. Be the value-creator and enabler for business.
Understand both internal (staff) and external (customer) needs and gather product requirements
Engage closely with other digital product managers and data product managers to ensure consistency and share best practices
Work closely with user experience team to deliver user-centric designs that solves business problems.
Inspire and motivate a team of designers and engineers to deliver great products
Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm
Establish shared vision across the organization by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution
Use analytics data to define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products and features
Work with Digital Success team to communicate effectively product value proposition and build product presentations/training materials for internal and external product communication
Requirements
Ph.D. or Master’s Degree in informatics, information systems, or related disciplines
Strong confident leadership skills being humble in a highly dynamic team setup
2+ years in product management for consumer-facing digital products
Strong analytical thinker, deep intuition and passion for product
Proven ability to inspire and motivate your team of designers and engineers to deliver efficiently
Customer empathy and an enthusiasm for genuinely improving how businesses serve and engage people
Knowledge of agile methodologies and Tools
Design experience including mock-ups and rapid prototyping
A solid understanding of the complexity of globally operated ecosystems
Fluency in English, with excellent written, digital and verbal communication skills
