  • A unique role as Finance & Business Manager supporting the COO area in driving financial management and reporting (incl. return on marketing invest), developing business management operations, stakeholder governance processes, and first line of defence setup

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, organizationally savvy, and ability to build trust and influence across all levels

  • Strategic thinking, capable to elaborate concepts, translate strategy and plans into actionable steps, and see ideas through to execution

  • Solid analytical skills, able to understand topics from multiple angles, with strong delivery results

  • Ability to bring together a flair for banking with financial control, building on your natural curiosity to learn

  • Prior experience in a COO, Project Management or Financial Management role, willing to work against tight deadlines, and dedicated to work as a team member, promoting a networked organization and flat hierarchies

  • An open mindset to new ideas and approaches, strategic thinking and deriving solutions, ability and motivation to continuously learn, and focus on delivering results

  • Fluency in English, German skills are a big advantage
