The Global Brand Communication Project Manager is responsible for  leading the campaign(s)from brief creation all the way to localization and launch , of the translation of the creative concept into effective communication to establish and strengthen authentic connections with relevant audiences around the globe, focusing on delivering tasteful and meaningful brand experiences that strengthen brand equity. In close collaboration with our creative and production agency partners, creates and produces content and campaigns in line with the brand purpose and identity and creates relevant content for each channel/platform (e.g. social media, digital, OOH, print, TV, etc.) to support the company's business objectives and strategic priorities and further strengthens the long term brand equity. They areinstrumental in ensuring effective local translation/transcreation of campaigns, to maximize the local relevancy and hence impact and re-establish our brand positioning.


A day in the life of a Global Brand Campaign Project Manager


 



  • Developing the creative ideas, work with the creative and production agency in order to deliver the campaign assets 

  • Lead the campaign brief including brief and strategic campaign foundation (including insight and research) and, creative development, pre production and post production, localization and and all post campaign reviews and senior leadership approvals

  • Liaise with other 360’ teams (e.g. CRM, Brand Shopper Experience, PR, Product,Zones, Markets) to ensure coherent adaptation of the communication executions and alignment to the creative work

  • Regularly update the Regional Marketing Managers and markets about the evolution of the projects (e.g. through delivery of concept and production guidebooks) and adapt to local needs, as and when appropriate

  • Present work in progress to senior internal stakeholders for validation and approval including CEO, Chief Brand Officer and Regional Marketing Managers. Constantly work to defend creative work with clear facts and rationale to support chosen direction

  • Leads the team in coordination of the translation/transcreation of campaigns and assets in all languages and formats across markets and suppliers through the support of localization partner 


What will make you successful


 



  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Communications

  • Min. 3 -5 years of professional experience in communications, media and/or marketing in a consumer goods organization or luxury brand, ideally with a global scope

  • Experience of having worked on the creative agency-side would be an advantage

  • Experience of having worked with high-end/luxury brands and/or brands with a direct business model would be an advantage  

  • Experience in the development of successful creative concepts across paid-owned-earned touchpoints

  • Proven agency management skills would be a plus

  • Natural leadership capabilities, ideally proven in complex matrix organizations

  • Exceptional ability to communicate ideas/point of view in a clear/concise way

  • Fluency in English both written and spoken, any other European languages would be a plus
