Nexthink offers the opportunity to make an internship in the role of Technical Writer to reinforce the Product Education team at its headquarters in Lausanne, Switzerland.
You will join a team of educators, passionate about teaching and technology. When users of Nexthink need to learn about product functionalities, they turn to documentation and e-learning made by this team. In our team, we are building the elevator in “Charlie and the Great Glass Elevator”; an efficient way for people to move up in their careers while being fully engaged in the experience we offer.
In the role of Technical Writer Intern, you should love writing in English as this is your primary tool for teaching. You will help the documentation lead in building the new documentation platform for 2021. Nexthink documentation is the most visited web resource at Nexthink. It is thus critical not only to offer detailed technical guidance but also to portray the quality and modern software we build.
Your role will encompass transferring content from our legacy platform to the new system. You will be asked to cast a critical eye on the content and suggest new ways of organizing it. In addition, you will review documentation pages written by teammates. Your colleagues and community of users rely on your guidance on product functionalities!
