As a Senior R&D Scientist, you will propose and drive research and innovation in the field of powder science and technology to enable developments of healthier and preferred products. You will also contribute to establishment of the team's Science & Technology strategy and competences development plan to deliver consumer-centric innovations.

It consists of four major research institutes: Health Sciences, Material Sciences, Food Safety & Analytical Sciences and Packaging Sciences. A day in the life of Senior R&D Scientist
• Lead and manage knowledge building and business-driven projects using best project management practices
• Build and document knowledge about state-of-the-art Science & Technology, trends and innovations in food powders
• Consolidate and leverage knowledge from projects, external collaborations and networks in the field of Powder S&T
• Consolidate and present project results in written and oral forms to key internal and external stakeholders
• Develop new tools and competencies in the domain of powder Science and Technologies
• Actively participate in expert network to promote cross-fertilization between different R&D sites
• PhD in Food Science
• Strong knowledge in the field of Material and Powder Science
• Experience in Industry and Industrial Processes and technology
• Minimum 5 years R&D experience after PhD demonstrating deep scientific leadership skills
• Strong project management experience with very good stakeholder and communication skills
• Ability to work in teams and leadership qualities
• Fluency in English is mandatory, French would be an asset
